| A. It is Direct Florist-to-Florist communication through the internet. There is no need to purchase software or need for a wire transfer. Florists can also promote their own arrangements and pricing. Additionally, FloraGO withholds NO fees on transactions between florists, unlike existing wire services. |

| A. There are 3 pricing packages starting at a low monthly fee of $19.95. No other mandatory fees OR purchases are required. |

| A. By becoming a FloraGO Member, you will be part of a florist-to-florist network regaining the control, flexibility and profitability back over your business. There are no “fees” withheld from your orders as with existing services. You promote your own products and determine your own pricing. In addition, you will have cost savings in materials and services purchased, and you will have business building tools to increase your sales and profits. |

| Q. Do I have to purchase products or services from FloraGO? |
| A. No. There are no mandatory products and/or services that you have to purchase. Through our Business Partners, materials and services will be available to you at a substantial cost savings. |

| Q. Do I have to purchase software or computer equipment to use FloraGO's service? |
| A. Because our service is web based, there is no software to purchase. No additional computer equipment need be purchased as well. |

| Q. How does the FloraGO service work? |
| A. For orders transmitted through the FloraGO system, you retain 20% on all orders sent and 80% on all orders received. There are no fees withheld. You also receive your money within 48 to 72 hours as opposed to up to 60 days with other wire services. There are no mandatory listings, products or services that you must purchase. You have access to the florist-to-florist network, and FloraGO provides valuable tools to help you build your business. Also, with FloraGO Business Partners, you will be able to save substantially on products and services. |

| Q. Is FloraGO affiliated with any of the existing wire services? |
| A. No. FloraGO is an independent business that was created in response to florists' wishes for an alternative to existing wire service companies and the changing needs of the industry. |

| Q. What do I need to do to start my FloraGO membership? |
| A. Simply click on Become a Member and fill out the online membership application (which takes approximately 2 minutes), then print and complete the Membership Agreement. |

| Q. Do I need any special equipment for my FloraGO membership? |
| A. To get started with FloraGO, all you need is a computer and access to the internet. We, also, have the ability to run your FloraGO admin and site for an additional cost. |

| Q. Where is the FloraGO service available? |
| A. The FloraGO service is currently available in the United States. Within the next 12 to 18 months, it will be available in Canada and Europe. |

| Q. How many zip code listings come with my FloraGO membership? |
| A. Each FloraGO member is allowed three (3) free zip code listings. Each additional zip code listing will cost $0.99 per month. Zip codes listed must be within the physical delivery service area of the florist. |

| Q. What if I have more than one store? |
| A. You have the ability to set-up each store separately with separate memberships, or under one store name with multiple delivery areas. Your FloraGO Advisor can help you determine which is best for you. |
